| Description | According to Ayurveda, stress affects our three lines of defense 1) the Electro-Magnetic Field which surrounds our body (also called the aura) 2) our Digestive System and 3) our Immune System. Echinacea, traditionally believed to possess short term immune building qualities, is balanced by Astragulus, which is used in Chinese traditional medicine to strengthen the immune system. Ginger, Cardamom and other spices are heaters which circulate and open the body to the properties of Echinacea. Heat is often necessary to maintain and support the body's optimum health. Out formula contains three Echinacea species plus other ingredients known by Ayurvedic herbalists to strengthen resistance to illness.
Directions: Pour one cup of boiling water over tea bag, steep for 4 to 6 minutes. For stronger flavor, steep longer. For best results drink between meals, 2 or 3 times per day.
